Our Packaging

All jewelry orders placed with Great Heights will be shipped via FedEx within 7 to 10 business days. You can choose to have your package held at a FedEx location for pick up if specified at checkout. Loose diamonds will be shipped overnight for all orders placed before 2:00pm EST. Your Great Heights purchase will arrive in an unmarked cardboard box enclosed within an insured FedEx package. Inside you will find important care instructions, your diamond certification, and a custom Great Heights ring box. The low profile box crafted in eco-friendly paper is designed to discreetly fit inside your pants or jacket pocket, perfect for concealing before the big question. Loose diamonds are secured within an elegant Great Heights suspension box. Suspended within a transparent window, your diamond appears as if floating, allowing it to be held up and inspected in the light. Take care when opening the box, as the diamond is held in place by tension.  Great Heights is unable to expedite shipping on engagement ring purchases. Each piece is made to order and we require a detailed quality assurance inspection. We’re excited for you to receive your ring as soon as possible, but it’s also important we ensure your ring is in perfect condition for your loved one. All orders are shipped and 100% insured through FedEx Standard Overnight as soon as it is ready.
